Aki is a Mentor & Business Coach For ICF Coaches, Certified NLP Trainer & Coach.
Aki’s journey as a coach started in 2017 when he did his ICF coach training followed by the NLP Practitioner training in Bangkok, Thailand.
Like most coaches, he had no clue how to get clients and succeed in the business of coaching. He took up a job with a coaching and training company based in Bangkok, where he worked with a few seasoned coaches.
Soon, he got his first few paid coaching clients and after a year of working in that company, he started to help his fellow coaches, sharing with them what had worked for him in terms of consistently attracting paid coaching clients. He built his client base as a coach while working with that company, continued his coach education and also became a Certified NLP Trainer in January 2020.
After 3 years of working there, in November, 2020, he started his own business with the mission of helping ICF coaches get clients and more importantly, build a sustainable and aligned coaching practice / business.
Since then, he has personally worked with hundreds of coaches through his signature program, Coaching Business Builder, one on one mentoring + coaching and cohortsh.
He continues to collaborate with several ICF chapters around the world and other coach communities, gets invited to podcasts and also speaks at international coaching conferences and summits to share his insights on how to succeed in the business of coaching.
